THE hydrolipidic film skin is fragile. When it does not secrete enough sebum, it no longer retains enough water and makes the epidermis more sensitive to external attacks.

The skin then becomes dehydrated more quickly and tends to become irritated: it must be soothed, repaired, and its hydrolipidic film restored.
